2. Scope of Offerings

Entrepreneur Law Desk provides:

• Professional legal services for entrepreneurs, including contract drafting, corporate formation, and compliance review.
• Digital informational products such as eGuides, webinars, and online courses.
• Physical goods including printed templates and manuals.

3. Terms of Professional Services

All professional services commence upon execution of an engagement letter or proposal. Unless specifically stated otherwise, fees for services are non-refundable once work has begun.

4. Custom and Extended Offerings

Requests to transfer unused service hours must be submitted in writing prior to the commencement of work. If approved, unused hours may be applied toward other service packages within six months of approval.

5. Fee Adjustment and Access Rights

We may offer changes to service fees or content access from time to time. If a change significantly reduces the value of a pre-paid digital product, you may choose to discontinue access and request a refund under Section 6.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Legal Services

Fees for professional services are final once work commences. If you notify us in writing before work begins, we will refund any collected fees or apply them as credit toward future services.

6.2 Digital Informational Products

For digital products, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase, provided that you have not accessed more than 20% of the content. To request a refund, contact us via our contact form. Approved refunds will be processed to the original fee collection method within 10 business days of approval.

6.3 Physical Goods

Printed materials may be sent back within 30 days of delivery if they remain unopened and in their original condition. To initiate a send-back request, contact us via our contact form. Shipping costs to send back goods are the purchaser’s responsibility. Once we receive and inspect the goods, a refund will be processed to the original fee method within 15 business days. Opened or damaged goods cannot be sent back.

7. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time by posting an updated version on our site. The date of last update is January 1, 2025.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.
